01Our Services

UAE Ninja Warrior provides coached sports training (including but not limited to cycling, rollerskating, skateboarding, swimming, football, athletics, marathon preparation, and parkour/gymnastics) and party experiences (including obstacle courses, bubble football, soapy football, slides, fun games, and pool parties), based in Dubai Design District, UAE.

02Bookings & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received, as agreed at the time of booking.
• Prices for training programs and party packages are as quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change for future bookings.
• Full package details (inclusions, duration, group size) will be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email before your session or event.

03Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Our standard policy:

• Cancellations made more than [X] hours/days before your session or party may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or rescheduled at no charge.
• Cancellations made within [X] hours/days of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session or party due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

04Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Our training programs and party activities involve physical exertion and carry an inherent risk of injury, as with any physical or sporting activity. By booking a session or party:

• You confirm that all participants are physically fit to take part, to the best of your knowledge.
• You agree to inform us in advance of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect a participant's ability to safely take part.
• You accept that participation is at the participant's own risk, and that UAE Ninja Warrior, its staff, and coaches will not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our proven negligence.
• All participants must follow the instructions of our coaches and staff at all times for their own safety and that of others.

05Parental & Guardian Consent

Where a participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and confirms they have full authority to agree to these terms, including the assumption of risk described above, on the participant's behalf.

06Photography & Media

Sessions and parties may be photographed or filmed for use in our marketing, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to be included.

07Conduct

We expect all participants, parents, and guests to behave respectfully toward our staff, coaches, and other guests. We reserve the right to remove any individual from a session or party, without refund, if their behavior puts themselves or others at risk, or is abusive toward our team.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UAE law, UAE Ninja Warrior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

09Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
