  • Each session includes a mix of sprints, jumps, endurance runs, and fitness drills to improve overall athletic performance.
  • Great for kids who love to move, compete, and challenge their limits in a structured yet fun setting.

Levels: Beginner, Speed Drills, Competitive Prep

Skills Trained: Sprinting, endurance running, long jump, relays, agility

Equipment Provided: Hurdles, cones, agility ladders, markers

Sessions can be held at your community track or open space at your   preferred time and date all flexible to you .
